Welcome to the world of IT. There's always a feel of satisfaction whereby at least someone out there read what you write. Hopefully you can share more positive message with your readers :)

Print's not going to die out, but the current media industry is slowly trimming away a lot of "excess" as more people move online.

We're currently in a state of upheaval as once traditional print mediums regroup, and reconsolidate how they earn thru advertising revenue, reorganising content producers to meet consumer demand while still being attractive to advertisers.

So we'll probably see a lot more quality online content in the years to come, but print will still remain unless we can truly bring our media everywhere we go.

Traditional medium has its way of sticking round.... Physical books was in danger of becoming extinct after the internet was popularised but that did not happen. While new media is the way to go, views do not equate to sales conversion .... which is also the case with traditional medium thus while net-based advertising has much potential, Print Ads and its counterparts will not be in danger of becoming obsolete anytime soon.
