I realize that the typical Singaporean diet is filled with so much oily stuff.
Like Old Chang Kee, Hokkien Mee, [insert oily food]
And we don’t really consume much vegetables and fruits!
More like oil and dark sauce.
I have been trying to stick to healthier alternatives like
Noodles with soup?
No wonder we are are such an unhealthy nation.
Prevention is better then cure!
Do have your daily dosage of fruits and vegetables
And save the animals by consuming less meat!
And kill the plants instead. (dark & twisted?)
