I am just so crazy editing this series. It is super difficult to contrast white and white. This is my favourite series for now. I am in love with my own works. Then again when Jeri and I look back at our violin series we think it kind of sucked so we are going to do it again. When we compared our first CHIJMES shoot to the second… there was a big difference in its quality.

I used to be a very negative dark person who is skeptical of the world and the people around me. I hide myself in a cell, refusing help from all directions. Drowning in my misery.
When i read dark literature nowadays, i get flashbacks of my past. One of my friends says that my poetry has lost its “touch”… i can’t seem to find a reason to write dark poetry when i am so happy with Jeri worshipping me like a goddess.
You see, i have been reading self help books. There are just some things in school that we don’t learn about the real world. The secret to success is relatively simple. It has to do with the mind. We attract what we ask for. Why do people stay poor all their lives is because they say negative stuff like “i am uneducated, unskilled and i can’t find a job” and it becomes their reality. WHEN they could change it around by just saying “Qualifications doesn’t matter, i have what it takes to succeed” and BOOM the universe will give them what they ask for.
Before Jeri came into my life, i asked for someone who will truly loves me for who i am. I asked the universe for someone to protect me and guide me from all harm. When Jeri came, the universe was responding to my request. If i had not believe that someone like Jeri would come along, i would probably still be a depressed+not eating+sleeping well and not doing artsy stuff like writing a script and photoshoots (can you see the difference it makes!?)
It might sound like bullshit but that is how the world works. Pick up any self help books and they will say the same. Because we doubt what we could receive for asking, we might not receive it. By casting all doubts and negativity aside, we will get what we ask for.
I have been staying away from negative people ever since i found this out. I can’t stand them. It irks me to be around them. Especially people who manipulate others to attain their means. I believe in a win-win situation when it comes to business. Both sides should benefit, it balances out the equilibrium. By taking advantage of people, it destablizes and karma will make up for it.
Then again, majority of the people around us are pretty negative. They doubt and doubt and question and question our calibers and use it for comparison for some make believe competition in their head.
The only way is to not let them get into your head! Tell them to fuck off and look at themselves before criticising others. I don’t exactly say that out loud, but they are trying to put some negative influence to cripple the people around them so they will always stay “below” their level. Remember that before letting other’s bring you down in future.
I tend to go to the extreme and not comform to how people edit their pictures normally.
For this case, i decided to have a “floating” effect… white on white to blend into the background
and the model features to be contrasted with the purity of it all.
Geniuses are mentally unstable people
Who have weird habits and views of the world.
Who can’t differentiate reality from fantasy
Or facts from fiction.
They are outcasted introverted beings
That live in their own world of things
Because others don’t see what they see
They are either worshipped or unnoticed
at the current time and place of their being.
They have several gifts in tradeoffs for
severe weaknesses, that they hide.
They usually have a disorder of some sort
in their mind… the world spins around at
a haywire speed that controls their senses
as they do extraordinary feats in short periods of time.

I believe that we are all geniuses in our own special way.
We are just so fortunate… even to be here right now reading this on the computer online.
We are not in a war torn nation where there are killing going on around us….
We are not suffering in poverty of thinking where does the next meal comes…
Or having disabilities that hinders…
We are just so lucky to be able to go online… to know more about the world…
To learn from others… to observe their lives… in their writings… videos… and all the media available.
To widen our perspective of the world we live in… to change our way of thinking.
There are so much people out there …. suffering.
In floods… in storms… in famine…
Not knowing where to go… how to get there…
In cages… in locks…. in jail…
Abandoned by society… kept out of sight…
I am very thankful for the life that i have, for people around me.
I am so thankful for every single bit of it, i treasure everything that i have.
I won’t disappoint them, they have faith in me.
I know i can do it, and i will do it.
I will do them proud.
I will be successful, i will change the world.
I will eradicate war and poverty with the utmost ability i have as a limited human being.
Life is short… do what you must do before it disappear before your very eyes.

Should i name it Eastern Gothicism ?
Black cheongsum + vampiric lady + abandoned chinese dynasty = Eastern Gothic
If i was in a red dress in that setting things would be pretty scary….
